The evening begins with champagne reception and Caviar Riot hors d’oeuvres followed, at 9:30 pm, by a festive five-course sit down dinner, and dancing with a live DJ Come ring in the New Year with us! Four Seasons Bubbly soiree @ Acqua – Bubbly soiree of dinner and dancing starting with champagne reception at 8:00 pm followed by a gourmet buffet prepared by the Hotel’s executive chef Patrick Duff at 9:15 pm. Live Latin jazz and party sounds until 1:30 am. Price: $240 per person.

Dinner @ Acqua the Hotel’s executive chef Patrick Duff has created a seven-course tasting menu with Global Cuisine creations and Asian and Latin American influences.  The evening starts with a reception at 8:30 pm followed by dinner at 9:15 pm. Dinner includes matching wines and a champagne toast.  Live Latin jazz will provide the sounds until 1 am.  Price: $140.00 per person  

@ Bahia- Greet the New Year al fresco at the hotel’s hip poolside bar and lounge with DJ and Latin music and a special champagne menu from 6 pm to 1 am.

Christmas Eve in Tropical Style   in Pierre’s two-story, West Indies-style mansion, complete with candlelight, lanterns and holiday décor.  Dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m. and reservations are strongly suggested.  The restaurant will offer its regular menu with the addition of traditional holiday specials.  Morada Bay Beach Café will be open for lunch on Christmas Eve Day with its regular lunch menu, and for dinner, the Café will serve a special à la carte holiday menu.  Both restaurants will be closed on Christmas Day.

 

 

NEW YEAR’S EVE – Sunday, December 31st     Seatings at 6 p.m., 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. A five-course prix fixe tasting menu with multiple options will be served at both restaurants.  A live band will perform on New Year’s Eve on the private beach between the two venues beginning at 10 p.m. and lasting into the wee hours.  At midnight, a fireworks show will light up the Florida Bay.  The price per person is $150 at Pierre’s and $90 at Morada Bay, not including Taxes and gratuities, wine, liquor or beverages.
