SOŅADOR, A MID NAPA VALLEY DREAM 2001 Soņador NapaValley Cabernet Sauvignon is the firstborn wine of two Miami families, Doug and Sue Gallagher and Sergio and Maria Gonzalez Arias, both well known for their love of wine and philanthropic involvement in the community. NEW WINE STORES The Art of Wine, a small but attractive wine shop has recently opened on 6627 S. Dixie Highway at SW 67 Avenue and U.S. 1 right behind Tony Roma's Restaurant. The owner, Pedro Trujillo, holds wine tastings every Friday, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. ($10 includes a crystal stemware and a 5% discount on any purchase) and offers an interesting variety of fine wines, gourmet products, gift baskets for all occasions, 305-662-9415. Top Hat Wine & Spirits, a 5,000 square foot, beautifully decorated space offering a good selection of well-priced wines has opened in the Red Bird strip mall, on Bird Road and Red Road.
